Insomnia gone, try it

Fairy tales have for hundreds of years been used to help kids (and adults) to fall asleep and get a good healthy sleep. Sleep is essential for all life. Very often telling the same story over and over has a calming effect. I know people who fall asleep to their favorite movie, it takes them to a safe spot.

The fairy tale the “Green Ocean” was originally told to my kids, this version of the story has grown new layers for adults.

If you fall asleep to it, I shall not be offended… but take it as a compliment, likewise if you stay awake for the whole journey I will enjoy your company.
