Easy stress relief

I myself go “hunting” with my camera to wind down, that works for me, something else will work for you.

There is actually nothing wrong with moving fast in life, BUT you need to put your system back on “relaxed”, after you have handled something urgent.

Many very good ways of getting less stress in your life are actually very easy to implement, almost too easy, so often ignored. These solutions have a common denominator: Get your attention onto something else. Something that is actually NOT demanding you your immediate attention…

Take the dog for a walk, talk to a good fiend, eat or drink something tasteful. In short: TAKE that needed break, and divert your attention onto something else for a while.

Very often, when you come back AFTER a break, with that magic fresh look upon life, what seemed a big problem before… now yields a lot easier to your efforts.

If you look at something for too long and too close, it can simply be difficult to make a precise estimation of the nature of a problem. So you get stuck.

I have designed a free online test providing you with an instant on screen stress profile.

While stress for a short while for most is an acceptable part of life, stress over long duration is not good for anyone.

Try to “go-slow” when you want to “move fast”. Stress is an urge to be “over there” in a hurry. If you act on this common urge…. You will often find that you in fact, just made it more difficult for yourself…

All changes are made gradually, in short it will get better or worse, usually in small steps. So the trick is to not loose that feeling of control in steering your life in a direction less stressful and more relaxed.
